This Refund Policy applies to bookings and payments made through Presidency Hotel and services operated by MAYFLOWER HOTELS PVT LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the booking type, rate plan, promotional offer, and cancellation timing.
- Refundable bookings may qualify for full or partial refunds if cancelled within the permitted cancellation period.
- Non-refundable bookings, discounted offers, promotional packages, or special event reservations may not be eligible for refunds.
- Cancellation policies shown during booking shall prevail for individual reservations.
2. Cancellation Requests
Guests may request cancellation through:

- Booking platform used for reservation
- Hotel reservation desk or official contact channels
Cancellation requests are considered valid only after confirmation from the hotel.
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the hotel without prior cancellation may be treated as a “No-Show.”
In such cases:
- Refunds may not be provided
- Full or partial booking charges may apply
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days depending on:
- Payment method
- Banking institution
- Payment gateway processing timelines
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in situations including:
- Early check-out
- Modification of reservation dates
- Downgrade of room category
- Service adjustments approved by management
Applicable deductions or charges may apply.
6. Third-Party Bookings
For reservations made through third-party platforms, travel agencies, or online booking portals:
- Refunds shall be governed by the respective platform’s policies
- Guests must contact the original booking provider directly
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from emergencies, medical conditions, travel restrictions, or force majeure events may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of MAYFLOWER HOTELS PVT LTD.
8. Payment Disputes
Guests are encouraged to contact the hotel directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may result in suspension of future booking privileges.
9. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Revised policies will be published on the website with the updated effective date.
