What time can I check in / check out?
Check-in is from 1 PM, while check-out is until 12 Noon. If you need to check-in earlier or check-out later, please contact our staff.
Does the hotel have family rooms and rooms for disabled people?
If the child does not sleep in the bed with the parents and needs a full-size single bed, this service costs Rs: 1000 per night. The beds are only added to the rooms of a higher standard for the comfort of travelers. Our rooms are wheelchair accessible. They have sufficiently wide passages, lowered toilet fittings and an adapted shower for guests with mobility impairments.
We cannot allow Pets in our Hotel.
Can I cancel my booking and how?
Refundable bookings can be cancelled up to 1 day before on the day of arrival and can be done by e-mail or phone. Fully prepaid bookings are non-refundable.
Does the hotel have parking facilities?
We have additional space for parking. Parking is free for all guests. We do not reserve parking spaces.
