WHERE TO SHOP IN KOCHI?
Kochi is the economical capital, and major shopping district of Kerala. Home to many tourist attractions, the Queen of Arabian sea is also the best place for you to do some shopping! Whether it be antiques, fabrics, food or just to hangout at a mall, then Kochi is the place for you!
1.Jew Street
Jew street was once flooded with Jewish Families and the today, the street is occupied with a large number of antique stores. Each of these stores has antiques that will take you to the days of Jews who lived there. Even a walk through the streets will evoke emotions and start to tell you stories from the days of Jews.
2.Broadway
It is one of the oldest shopping areas in Kochi. The prices of goods here and quite low and affordable. The place is home to many wholesale retail sellers and products ranging from fabrics to electronics and groceries, everything can be found here!
3.MG Road
MG Road is one of the busiest roads and the commercial high street of the city. On either side of the road are large jewelry outlets, textile shops, malls, and more! If you are looking for international brands and luxury products then this is the place to go. It’s just about 5 min drive from Hotel Presidency!
4.Various Malls
Kochi is home to many malls! One of the major malls in Kochi is the Lulu Mall. It is the largest mall in India (by area), and the most visited mall in Kerala.
Other malls to consider would be Oberon mall and Centre Square mall. All of the malls also host events from time to time, so you might be in for a surprise!
